These terms cover your use of the DataMug public website. They do not cover any paid project — that's handled by a separate contract (a Master Services Agreement) we both sign before work begins.

Use of the site

You may read, share, and link to anything on this site. You may quote our blog posts and whitepapers with attribution. Don't republish them in full without asking — email hello@datamug.com and we'll usually say yes.

A note about advice

Everything on this site is general information from our hands-on experience. It isn't tailored advice for your specific situation. If you want that, talk to us — that's what the projects are for.

Trademarks

DataMug and the DataMug logo are trademarks of DataMug LLC. Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Liability

The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee either. Don't make decisions about moving your data worth millions of dollars based purely on a blog post — call us first.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
